Richard L. Hertan is President and CEO of Executive Manning Corporation, a Fort Lauderdale-based national retained executive search firm. During his career, Rick was responsible for assignments in domestic and international retained executive search assignments, HR consulting and merger and acquisition projects. His clients have included a wide variety of organizations such as IBM, Kimberly-Clark, United Technologies, APW, BF Goodrich Aerospace, Ingersoll-Rand, Leica Microsystems, Textron Marine Systems, and Johnson & Johnson.

Steve Parkins is currently the Manager of Recruiting and Training for AutoNationDirect, a division of the NASDAQ listed, Fortune 500 AutoNation, the world's largest automotive retailer. He is currently scaling a national contact center for AutoNation's Concierge Auto Buying Service and is the engine behind growing the division's team from 60 to 300 associates by 2012.
Prior to this position, Steve had his own consulting company, PICKS Training and Consulting, and specialized in delivering principle-based sales and communications training to companies with a commercial focus.
