Our Mission

Founded in 2003, our mission is to provide our members with a focal point resource for information and education on recruitment and retention practices.  Additionally, we strive to advance knowledge, proficiency , and effectiveness of Human Resource professionals, thereby enabling them to become recognized as strategic partners within their organizations.  We are constantly meeting the challenge of providing our members and guests the latest and most contemporary employment related programs and events.
