Noya Hastings-Ritchie

Noya Hastings-Ritchie is an enthusiastic HR thinker and leader, leveraging over 10 years of progressive Human Resources experience and an additional 5 years of Senior Management Experience.

Noya has worked across industries such as Hospitality, Aviation, Education, and Health. While working in these various industries she utilized her skills in writing and updating policy documents relating to benefits, Administering and ensuring the accuracy of all benefits programs Maintaining comprehensive detailed records for over 1200 employees, working on change management projects, creating and facilitating learning and development programs, performing HR Audits, Improving business process and reducing waste for efficiency.

Noya is also big on philanthropy and has spent her time in the community mentoring and supporting various organizational institutions. Noya is the Secretary for her Alumni Chapter, based here in South Florida.

Noya holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business with a major in Human Resources from The Northern Caribbean University and a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Development from the University of the West Indies. Noya is enthusiastic about guiding organizations to review, reinvent, and reinvest in their most crucial resource – The Human Resource, through consulting, the use of business acumen, and critical thinking.

Most recently, Noya relaunched her own HR Consultancy Organization with service offerings to assist organizations in realizing their full potential and becoming more competitive.
Noya is known for building relationships, strategic partnerships, and consensus in order to move initiatives forward.
