Dale Laing-HallDale Laing-Hall, MS-HRM, SHRM-CP, DBA(c) if you ask her, she will tell you that her purpose in life is to positively influence each person she encounters. Dale started her career in the healthcare industry in various roles and has over 18 years of experience specializing in customer service, about 12 years of experience in HR working on succession planning, emotional intelligence training, policy and procedure creation, conflict management, and employee relations. Dale is currently a Senior Vice President- Chief Human Resources Officer at a behavioral healthcare company. She has a master’s degree in human resources management and currently working on her doctorate in business administration (DBA). Because of the invaluable relationships with people throughout her education and work experience Dale is prepared with all of the necessary tools to effectively and strategically help businesses empower and value their most valuable assets – human capital!
